FIFA WORLD CUP PT2
BRANDING WEBSITE

Building on my original FIFA World Cup branding concept, this second phase explored a new visual direction while following the same brand guidelines. I designed a website layout that reinterpreted the brand with a different mood and style, demonstrating my ability to create diverse yet cohesive brand experiences.

ORIGINAL GUIDELINES & NEW CONCEPT

My original vision for this project was highly illustrative, with a focus on connecting the three host countries of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The color palette was inspired by colors drawn from each host country's flag, while a secondary palette was influenced by the Statue of Liberty, a symbol of welcome and unity that reflects the spirit of bringing fans from around the world together. Then the typography was designed to feel bold, distinctive, and memorable. You can view the first phase of the project here PART1.

For the second phase, we were challenged to build upon the established brand guidelines while exploring new visual directions. The goal was not to create an entirely new identity, but rather to reinterpret the existing foundation through different styles and applications.

FINALS

For the website, I chose a cleaner, more modern approach. While still incorporating elements that pay homage to the host countries, I moved away from the heavily illustrative style of the original concept and embraced a more streamlined, technology-forward aesthetic. This allowed the brand to feel contemporary and accessible while maintaining the personality and cultural connections established in the first phase.
