DIAMOND RECRUITING
SOCIAL BRANDING CONCEPTS
I worked with former MLB player Louis Holcomb to refresh and elevate the brand identity of his company, Diamond Recruiting. I reorganized and optimized these materials while developing new social media branding concepts to create a cohesive and professional visual identity. This project was completed using Procreate and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign.

THE TASK AND CONCEPT
Before beginning the design work, I met with Louis Holcomb to understand his goals for Diamond Recruiting, the audience he wanted to reach, and the vision he had for the brand. He explained that while his expertise was in baseball and player development, establishing a strong digital presence was outside of his skill set. Although he had accumulated a collection of logos, photography, and marketing materials over time, the assets lacked consistency and weren't optimized for modern digital platforms.
To build a stronger foundation, I started by organizing, refining, and standardizing the existing assets into a cohesive visual system. From there, I explored branding concepts and developed mockups that demonstrated how the brand could be applied across social media and other digital touchpoints.

ANNOUNCEMENT POST GRAPHICS
Louis wanted the identity to feel rooted in the culture of baseball, sports-forward with subtle vintage influences commonly associated with the game. At the same time, he wanted to avoid an overly complex brand system, ensuring that future designers could easily work within the established framework. The objective was to create a clean, flexible visual foundation that could grow alongside the company while remaining recognizable and easy to maintain.
These concepts were ment to be visual ideas using the avalible assets to present and files that could be adapted when the digital brand was finalized. Below are social media logo and post mock ups.
